Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://maryscleaningserviceswv.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Airbnb Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Home Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Office Cleaning provided by Mary's Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Mary's Cleaning Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Mary's Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Mary's Cleaning Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Mary's Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Mary's Cleaning Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WV, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WV.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
